Reserve Consultancy started trading in December 2005 with a focus on supplying CHPP Training Services to coal mines in the Bowen Basin.
It was identified that there was a shortage of short term skilled CHPP Operators and Maintenance staff to meet the requirements of coal processing operations in the area, so these services were included in our supply.
In 2006, Reserve Consultancy provided a single point of contact service for Roche Mining JR and Foxleigh Mining to complete the Foxleigh CHPP Project. Services provided included Safety Advisors, Project Supervisors, Electrical/Mechanical Trades people, Machinery Operators and Trainers. Reserve Consultancy commissioned the plant, trained the Operators and ran the CHPP to enable a smooth transition between Construction, Commissioning and Production to be achieved.
In 2008 the company morphed into three separate trading companies and the original model has been expanded further to include Mechanical Engineering Site Support, Process Engineering Site Support, Electrical CHPP Maintenance Planning and Mechanical CHPP Maintenance Planning.
The company's people have broad experience in the coal mining industry covering construction, maintenance, CHPP Operations and associated heavy mobile equipment and training.
Bigger companies can provide the numbers but not always the skills required to operate and maintain process plants.
