Lee was the founding Director of Reserve Consultancy, which was conceived in December 2005.
Lee has been involved with the Coal Mining Industry for 15 years in various roles including Project Management, Coal Handling Process Plant Operations, Training/Assessing and Project Improvement Consultation.

Scott Cawley
Group Manager
Scott joined Reserve Consultancy in September 2007 as a Director and Manager of Operations and Projects. He has a Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical (Hons) and has 20 years experience in the coal mining and processing industry.
Previous to Reserve Consultancy Scott has held senior management roles in projects and operations with Downer Engineering, Sedgman and Thiess. His experience covers most aspects of the design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of coal preparation plants and mine support equipment.
Scott's current focus in Reserve is the management of the company's growth and corporate development in the coming years.

Administration Manager
Judy has spent over 8 years in media and 12 years in the tourism industry..Judy spent 6 years in management and 5 years as a WHSO for a large tourist operation. Most recently she has been involved in Human Resources and managing the administrative side of the company.

Vicki has 7 years experience within training and safety organisations relating to a variety of industries including mining, construction, machinery and electrical. Prior to joining training she has 16 years experience across Government and the Private Sector performing roles such as human resources, payroll, accounts and office management.
